LS Speech and Language Screenings

A consulting Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) screens students in grades K-4 that are referred by classroom teachers.
Speech and Language Therapy focuses on language development including communication skills, sound production (articulation), auditory skills, verbal expression and reasoning.

The information is used to inform classroom instruction and support language development. Teachers and Learning Specialists will meet with individual families to discuss these results.

A workshop is offered to provide parents with an opportunity to ask questions and learn more about language development.
