Burke's Halloween Parade

Burke’s saw some spooktacular Halloween spirit this year!
Despite the cool air, students, faculty and staff alike came to school dressed up in their costumes, grinning from ear to ear. The campus was vibrant with delight and admiration as everyone paraded around the field—there were some impressive costumes!

Barbie, Dorothy, a Top Gun team, Draco Malfoy, Mona Lisa, the Golden Gate Bridge, candies, spiders, cheerleaders—the list goes on! Fairies, animals and witches galore!

Faculty and staff costumes ranged from UFOs and aliens, penguins, butterflies and a basketball hoop, to Barbies (from President Barbie to Chef Barbie)! The Advancement & Communications team showed up as social media including TikTok, WhatsApp, Instagram and more!

Burke's Youth Voice Spirit Chairs offered commentary on the morning’s Halloween festivities and then it was time to sing and dance! Ms. Mandelstein and Ms. Allen facilitated a school-wide sing-along of “The Monster Song,” and then everyone did the Translyvania Two Step!

A frightfully fun time for all, this Halloween parade was a success!
