Upper School: Grades 5-8

Application Requirements (Apply, Access Forms, and Submit Requirements on Ravenna)
  • Step 1:  Sign Up for a Tour and our Curriculum Preview (date tbd) - Reservations are required.
  • Step 2: Submit an Application (Priority deadline is mid-December date tbd. Families who apply prior to this date are guaranteed a parent interview. All other applications are due early January date tbd, and will be offered an interview based on availability.)
  • Step 3: Schedule a parent interview on Ravenna after you submit an application, either in person or via Zoom. We kindly ask that all parents and guardians attend. 
  • Step 4: Submit Admissions Documents (due February 1, 2025)
    • Confidential School Evaluation Form - Please reach out if you need a due date extension.
    • Upper School applicants need to submit two evaluation forms from two different teachers.
    • Official Transcripts - Transcripts should include grades and comments from the current and previous two school years, and be sent directly from the school to our Admissions Office.
    • Immunization Form - Immunization forms may be sent from you or your pediatrician’s office. We accept both digital and hard copies.
  • Step 5: Schedule an on-campus Shadow Day - Upper School applicants are asked to visit us on-campus to participate in a regular school day. Applicants will also have a brief academic assessment during their visit. These visits will take place on weekdays in late January - early February.
  • Step 6: Receive your Decision mid-March (date tbd) - Admission decisions will be emailed at 12 p.m. on decision day.

Families interested in applying for financial assistance should submit an application by January 31, 2025. If you would like to learn more about our financial assistance process, we invite you to attend our Financial Assistance Workshop (2024 date tbd).
