Keith Lister

At Burke's, Keith serves on the Investment and Governance Committees.

Keith is the Chief Risk Officer at Northside Capital Management, an independent private wealth management firm.

Prior to joining Northside, Keith spent 25 years in Investment Banking, specializing in equity capital raising. He spent 15 years at Stifel as Head of their Equity Syndicate Desk and 10 years at Thomas Weisel Partners in various roles on their Equity Syndicate Desk. Over his career, he primarily advised his firm’s Technology, Healthcare and Consumer client’s IPO and Follow-on transactions. He also maintained strong relationships with top U.S. and European Mutual and Hedge Fund investors. He was a member of Stifel’s and Thomas Weisel Partners’ Equity Commitment Committees.
Keith recently served on the Board of Directors of the Belvedere Tennis Club as Treasurer and was a member of their Finance, Membership, and Tennis Committees.

Keith moved to San Francisco after receiving a BA in History from Colgate University. He grew up in Connecticut and Portugal and graduated from Middlesex School (Concord, MA) and Eaglebrook School (Deerfield, MA), a single-sex middle school.

In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing tennis, golf and coaching his kids’ soccer, hockey, and lacrosse teams. Keith lives in San Francisco with his wife, two children (ages 11 and 9) and golden retriever.
