Nic Marcheso

At Burke's, Nic serves on the Advancement and Equity and Inclusion Committees.

Nic Marcheso is a business development and strategic partnerships leader with more than 15 years of experience spanning the hospitality, consumer goods, and technology sectors. His career has taken him from early-stage startups to large-scale enterprise organizations, where he has built high-value partnerships, launched go-to-market strategies, and led cross-functional teams. Most recently, he has returned to Sysco, where he focuses on corporate account development across hospitality groups, third-party management companies, and the casino and gaming industry.

He grew up in Westminster, CO and holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Administration from the University of Denver, with concentrations in Hospitality Management and International Business. His passion for the culinary arts and deep roots in the hospitality industry have shaped both his professional approach and his appreciation for community-building. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Musical Theatre Works, a San Francisco-based performing arts organization.

Nic has been an engaged member of the Burke's Parents' Association, serving on the Benefit Committee for four years and the Advancement Committee for three, before stepping into the role of P.A. Vice President for the last two years. Nic and his husband live in San Francisco with their daughter, a Burke's student, and their son.
