Johanna Calabria
President
Johanna Calabria is a consultant dedicated to solving management, operational and legal problems. She has particular expertise with law firms, having spent two decades as a litigator and over a decade running a law business. She helped found, then became the managing partner of a top technology-focused San Francisco law firm which quadrupled in size and grew to national prominence during her tenure. She built the firm’s operations from the ground up, established the firm’s financial management practices, and built strong, collaborative partnerships among the firm’s lawyers and staff, all while maintaining a successful law practice. She also has deep expertise in data privacy matters. Johanna earned an undergraduate degree from Cornell University and J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania. Born in Valencia, Venezuela, Johanna is fluent in Spanish.
